When you hand over the ongoing management and maintenance of your HVAC, temperature control systems, heat pumps and heat recovery systems to us, you know that our team will keep your systems running and be on hand if any issues arise. This is crucial in a processing or temperature controlled environment, where downtime can affect production or performance.

Facilities management contracts to suit your needs

Our contracts suit your needs – rather than the other way round. Whether you need us to maintain process cooling systems, such as at Vauxhall Motors, or 2.4mW of cooling to ensure continual chilled water (as we do for in-house server rooms for multiple public buildings in the city of London). Or perhaps its boilers, pumps, air handling units, and gas burners that need our support (like our off-shore wind turbine manufacturer client).
