It is crucial that a cooling or heating system is treated to prevent corrosion and the build-up of bacteria and other contaminants. Even scale can have a serious effect on the performance of any system, reducing its energy efficiency and thermal transfer.

Our services are designed to prevent potential issues occurring and damaging your systems and include:

Flushing contaminated systems
Dosing of rust inhibitors and biocides
Reverse Osmosis

A reverse osmosis system removes 99% of contaminants from water. This is especially important in the print industry where water to printing presses needs to be consistent to ensure high quality print. We design, build, install and maintain RO units to protect the processes and systems in your individual environment.

Water analysis

Tests for bacteria counts, pseudomonas, molybdate levels, pH levels, conductivity and nitrite levels will inform us how to treat your system and develop the optimum maintenance programme for your activity.

Water softeners

Water hardness can be removed using water softeners or demineralised plants in order to protect a number of industrial applications. Our experience allows us to size and design systems to suit the specific needs for your process or system.
