Arcade was contracted to undertake the mechanical refurbishment of a popular shopping centre in London by Conmar to enhance the outdated facilities. Our work included the removal of redundant services and modification to the existing ventilation systems; as well as crafting new mechanical installations to blend with the aesthetics of the existing shopping centre design. Door curtains were also installed alongside new supply air louvres. A new service infrastructure for domestic cold and hot water services was also installed by Arcade; along with Cat 5 break tanks and pumps. Additionally, new drainage was installed along with up to date effluent pumps.
