Scope of works:

Named after renowned landscape architect Humphry Repton, Repton Gardens in Wembley, London, is a brand new development including botany-inspired homes and community buildings. Arcade was commissioned to design and install mechanical and domestic services in the on-site, brand new private medical practice.

Key challenges:

• All services had to meet HTM guidelines
• With a number of trades onsite in a busy area of London, deliveries had to be precisely scheduled to avoid time delays and congestion.
• This fast-paced project was commissioned, designed and installed in just 7 months, meaning precise planning was required.

Solutions:

• The installation of 2 x Daikin air handling units met HTM guidelines for ventilation healthcare environments.
• A green energy solution was needed and a trend BMS system, with auto mode, was used to support this and reduce costs.
• Designing in REVIT ahead of building and going on site meant that the main contractor and other trades were clear on exactly what Arcade was supplying and
  installing and when.
